If you have taken out a subscription with us, you will receive an e-mail from us. In this e-mail you will find a link with which you can create your own password for download access. If you have failed to do this or have forgotten your password, you can create a new password for download access here at any time.

You can change your password in your profile at any time. If you are unable to log in or have forgotten your password, please click here: Reset password.

Important: Only log in with the e-mail address you entered when you purchased the subscription. Other e-mail addresses (e.g. for the newsletter or registration) will not work. If the problem persists, please call us on +49 761 479240 or send us an e-mail (please have your customer number ready or quote it).

Click on Profile, your customer number and your registered e-mail address will then be displayed on the left-hand side of the page (at the bottom on smartphones).

Protect your password and your computer from unauthorised access. If you share your computer with other people, log out after each session.

You can change your personal details (address, contact details and delivery address) in your Profile at any time.

All details are treated confidentially and are not passed on to third parties or used in any other way. They can be viewed at any time in the Profile and corrected if necessary.
